perio charts don't show up in other networked computers?

I'll preface by admitting I know very little about networked computers.
When we do a perio chart and click "close," why does the new info not show up on other networked computers when that chart is reopened? It does show up after a restart - do we always have to do a restart to make it work?

It definitely should always show up on the other computers immediately. I am completely baffled by your explanation and I would go so far as to say that I'm skeptical that it's really happening because I can't think of any possible mechanism. You're sure all computers are pointing to the same database? Are you sure you described it properly? Maybe it's not happening quite like you described.
