Filter Recall from TX Plan?

Post by bgrutter » Mon Aug 01, 2011 4:48 pm

This may sound odd, but my Hygeinists have asked me if there is a way to filter the recall appointment from the overall TX plan. I'm sure there might be an easier way, but it comes down to this: for patients that have recall scheduled next calander year, their remaining benefits are being displayed as less than actual.

Thoughts?

just make sure the recall procedures are lower in the priority list and that will take care of the problem...
