Help with reactivation of patients

Hello all, I am trying to run a report as a reactivation project of all the incomplete or unscheduled treatment plans, I know that I have many patients that have fallen thru the cracks, but I just don't get the language of running queries and such. Please, if someone can direct me in the right direction I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks.
