Printing the daily appointment schedule

Hi all, am a new user. How do you
1. print the daily schedule having the background colours default to white
2. change / increase the font size
3. possibly print in a table format with the following fields or options: Time, appointment length, Patient code, Name, nature of service, phone numbers
4. colour code procedures (eg surgery / prosth / restoration/ perio etc etc) instead of providers

1. I don't think you can do that. It will look like it does on the screen.
2. What version are you using? In 11.1, it should be obvious how to change the font size because that option window comes up when you print.
3. Reports, Lists, Appointments.
4. You can manually change appointment colors as of version 12.2. Automatic color changing is feature request #105, and it's very popular.

2. have updated to version 12.1.16.0, font size shows up.... thanks
3. How do I include 'Chart number' in the Reports>List>Appointments print out
4. I know you said you can manually change appointment colours in Version 12.2, which means an "update" FROM 12.1.16.0 to a 'beta' version with some bugs ? what does beta mean, is it still safe to go ahead with the update any way

Am a user not in the US but in Asia... so moving with caution, don't wanna any hick ups.... many thanks again

4. It's been beta for quite a while now. Bugs tend to be only in the new features. I think you're fine.

A feature request. I would love to be able to print the schedule with a white background. The B&W laser printer trying to print the color schedule is very hard to read.
