Sheets and Referral Letters

Can the saluation Dr: Lastname be added as an option in the referral letters? Currently referral letters greet Dr's by first name which is informal especially if one doesn't know them personally.

I agree, too informal for documented correspondence. I gave up trying to figure out how to get it to put the last name, I'll vote on this one.
