Flat copay type plans

Post by premier1888 » Thu Nov 29, 2007 2:35 pm

I'm in version 5.3.16 right now.
I just noticed that for pt.s with flat copay type plans, claims and estimates show what should be the insurance payment in the pt. portion, and vice versa. So, a cleaning that the insurance co. should pay $60, is showing up as $60 pt. responsibility. Is this fixed in version 5.4?

That question is entirely too complicated to handle through the forum. I don't think the program is doing anything wrong. I think it's working as intended. We just need to look at what you are doing using a remote connection.

I think I figured out the problem. Someone entered a 0 for the annual max field, so the pt. appeared to have no benefits left. never mind.
