Appointment Create Date Information

Hello Team,

I looking to monitor how many new appointments we are managing to book through not only the Patients visiting us but also through the follow-ups that we are doing with existing patients.

Is there a way to extract a list of Appointments which were created on a given date and a list of Procedures for which they were created using a SQL query ?

I see that the Audittrail does have information about 'AppointmentCreate' but not sure how I will extract the 'AptNum' and then extract the Procedure information for those Appointments.

Any help or even pointers on how I could achieve the above is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
