Dentrix conversion

I am planning on converting old dentrix data. (dentrix 8.5) What will convert? What issues do you think there will be?

I did see the experience page. It did not mention acct. receivable. Will the balances transfer accuratly and will the accts. history transfer. I will also call the dept.

My suggestion is to do a trial conversion (it's what we did when switching from Dentrix 11) and see what data transfers. If anything is missing you can talk to the conversion team and see if there is a way to get that data. I found about 4 or 5 things that were not converted which the conversion team was able to recover and convert for us.
