Missing tooth # and surface when changing the procedure code

Hi,

I'm trying out the trial version 5.1.14. In the Chart module, everytime I change the default procedure code T### to one of my procedure codes D####, the tooth number and surface dissappear from the record in the Progress Notes table of the Chart module and the Procedures table of the Treatment Plan module.
This is also true when I set up my own procedure codes for a procedure button. Selecting the button do create records with the procedure codes that I set up but those records don't have the selected tooth # and surface.

Is this normal behavior?

In the procedure code setup window for the D code in question, make sure that the list for Treatment Area, in the middle, is set to surface.
