How do you get a list of pt.s who have pre-appointed their recalls ahead of time. They don't show up on the recall list if they have pre-appointed several months ahead of time, but we still want to send a reminder postcard. Is there any easy way of generating reminder postcards for recalls already scheduled with the date and time filled in, as opposed to postcards to remind people to schedule?

That's done from the confirmation list, not the recall list. As to how to filter out just those with recall, there isn't a way yet. It is a popular request. I might suggest generating confirmation postcards a number of weeks in advance to maximize the proportion of recall appointments in the batch. Also, the non-recall appointments may be manually deselected from the list before printing.

Great.
So, in the postcard preview, it says "We would like to confirm your appointment on ...." How do we change the wording in that field, since we'll really only be sending postcard for pre-scheduled recall pts. And, is there a way to not include the return address, because we have cards with pre-printed addresses?
