About half the time, limited exams, FMX/pans, and periapical X-rays are covered under basic, not preventative.
I'm having a hard time getting the system to differentiate between those and periodic exams and BWs.
I would like to make sure we are collecting deductibles and copays, but when the deductible gets tacked on to the periodic exam everyone freaks out.
I tried doing a specific edit per each code, but the exams especially are not being calculated separately. Any ideas on how to make it cleaner?
