Kiosk Check in?

What is every one using for kiosk check in. I want to have all the patient info and medical info entered by the pt. Are people using tablets or kiosk stations? I also use Yapi. Would an iPad with Yapi be easier. Just curious what every one has had success with. Thanks.

We use a Windows tablet. We also have a Kiosk computer but it doesn't get much use now that we have the tablet.

Can you capture signatures with it? Do you use it for consents also? Thanks.
