Version 5.4.22.0 : Daily Payment Reports & Update Issues

I am using version 5.4.22.0 and am located in New Delhi, India.

I have recently upgraded to version 5.4.22.0 using the update code provided. I believe that all future updates and update to version 5.5 will happen automatically on using the update button.

I have two issues:
a) I am not able to update to version 5.5 and get the error code 'Invalid registration key format'. Recent mails sent to service@open-dent.com with this issue, have not been answered so far.

b) Daily Payment Reports when selected, are not listed in order of the dates and I do not understand the grouping order.

Any advice will be helpful.
