Version 16.2 gives the ability to re-name the Ortho chart tab.
My first thought was to setup a problem list with priorities/referrals etc. Not a treatment plan, but overall problems including orthodontics, pathology, decay rate, hygiene - you name it.
What are your ideas for this tab?

Re: Other Uses for Ortho Chart ?
I am working on adapting a treatment planning template that I obtained from Gary De Wood of the Spear Institute.
The tabs are: BFSB, Biology, Structure/Position,Function - Joints, Function - Muscles, Function - Dentition, Mand Esthetics, Max Esthetics
There is a feature request for multiple entries on any date - that would simplify this a lot; similarly, the ability to select multiple items from a drop-down box will be a great help;
The ortho chart has great promise and needs to be developed further.
And once again, I will mention that IMO, tabs on the patient chart should have a flag or a color telling when there is an entry (or not). For example: there would be an indicator (mouse-over? Color? pop-up) of when and if a perio exam was done OR a pop-up of what consents were on file. There is a feature request hidden somewhere, but I ran out of votes several million years ago.

I remember him when he was at University of Florida. I guess I need to go revisit my SPEARS material

Re: Other Uses for Ortho Chart ?
He spoke to our dental society earlier in the year and was outstanding. He forwarded a handout of 800 slides as a follow-up.
