Claim error! Bug???

Post by mma280 » Fri Feb 15, 2008 9:54 am

In Insurance Plan Mode, Claims show UCR fee, not billed fee buttom seem not working properly.

e.g Metlife RCT#19 UCR fee $1259 Metlife fee $681 preview claim paper show Billed fee $478.

I am in version 5.5.13.

Any suggestion???

I don't think it's a bug because the logic has not changed for quite some time. It's based on the fee schedule of the provider for the procedure. Go to that provider's setup edit window to see what fee schedule it's taking the amount from.

The manual is very extensive. The plan is to just keep making the manual better. We're also gradually adding video tutorials.

In an Insurance Plan Mode a Claims show UCR fee is not billed fee bottom seem not working properly? What happened to that now? It's based on the fee schedule of the provider for the procedure. Where should we go for that?
