I asked this questions some time before and want to bring it up again and direct it to the OD staff
I know it is a part of the EHR stuff but why if you enter a blood pressure reading and leave the height and weight blank does it have to fill in the height and weight as zero when saved? I record BP and heart rate vitals every visit and want to save it there instead of in the progress notes. That way my staff can type it in quickly versus them having to write it down and later stick it in the progress notes when I get around to writing them. Is this something easy you can update next time you redo the EHR certification process?

Re: blood pressure readings
I think we can treat this as a bug and won't have to do any attestations per se.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

Re: blood pressure readings
My staff are celebrating now that there is a (hopefully)easy fix for this so they can stop writing down the BP's on scraps of paper that get lost....
