export pics

Post by jamesx2 » Sun Feb 24, 2008 3:18 pm

1) Is there a way to export a picture once it is imported into OD?

2) We often like to print production reports for all the doctors on separate sheets. Could a button be added to allow you to print the production reports for all the doctors on separate sheets?

To export a picture I look in the patient's folder in the A to Z folder and copy it from there.

Well imagine that. We don't have an export button. It's been a while since someone reminded me about that.

sorry if I offended you, I did not mean too. I try to read every post everyday, and I have not seen a post about exporting pictures for anything other than emails, and claims.

You didn't offend me. I don't know what gave you that idea.

Since we are on the subject, has the import function been fixed so that after we import a jpg file, or others, we can then backup our data.

I spoke with Derek a month ago about this problem and I don't know if it has been fixed.

Anything being imported was marked as "Read Only", so when backing up the backup function was being stopped with an error.

thanks

I haven't had that problem (with backup). Is that a problem specific to a certain version?
