We converted our database from Dentrix (don't know if it included drugs or not), We have drugs listed as brand names, we have drugs listed as genereics, we have some that are in twice with different RxNorms.
Because some of these meds are tied to specific patients and are in the database I think I am going to have to manually clean this mess up myself.
Does anyone have a file with the most common 100 drugs with both their generics and brand names and the most accepted RXNorms already tied together?
I would much rather go to each of my patients and change their meds to the right ones than have to type in new drugs...
