Disabling "Change Length for new provider?"

Ok, when changing colums, OD asks if i want to change length for new provider
I NEVER want to do this, how can i disable this so i am never asked??

The only way to prevent that prompt is to turn on the "Appointment time locked by default" preference which can be found on the Appts tab of the Module Preferences window. To find this, go to Setup -> Appointments -> Appt Preferences. Turning this preference on will check the "Time Locked" box for all new appointments by default. In addition to preventing the "Change length for new provider?" prompt, this will also prevent an appointment's length from auto-updating when procedures are added or removed from it.

I'm not positive, but I think there might not be an option to turn that off. I just reviewed feature request 8195, which would cover that.
Actually... There's a technical issue that will prevent you from seeing that request. I'll work on that tonight.
