Email is not being sent

Hi,

I had set up the reminder and thank you email feature in opendental and it was working fine but lately the email feature is not working. The error message from Alert's is "EConnector email send failures".

So please let us know what to do to resolve email failure issue.

Here are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Verify your email settings and check if you are able to send emails manually through Open Dental. If you are unable to send emails manually, the following page in our manual describes how to resolve various email errors, https://www.opendental.com/manual/emailerrors.html.
2. Restart the eConnector.
3. Reinstall the eConnector.
