Please Help
I have a lightly used tuxedo series A sensor using apteryx but have been unable to capture images with open dental trial version. been told Twain driver issue. but cant seem to find a compatible Twain driver. Has anyone been able get tuxedo sensor to work. Bridge is not an option since migrating Prof Suni (software) has also been problematic as well
Planet DDS not helpful Doesnt support tuxedo sensor and looking for web based but office too small to justify.
Twain Driver for Tuxedo sensor
Re: Twain Driver for Tuxedo sensor
No sensor will work with the trial version. You must be on Open Dental Support to be able to " Acquire" xrays . Contact OD, and sign up for support, and they will activate the Xray feature for you

Re: Twain Driver for Tuxedo sensor
They’ve been working with me no success planet DDS doesn’t support the Tuxcedo Sensors
Re: Twain Driver for Tuxedo sensor
I have tuxedo sensors as well, and the reason I went with them originally was because they were sold by same company as my imaging software apteryx.
Now apparently they're different companies?
Have you tried this site for drivers:
https://www.tuxedoimaging.com/support-and-downloads
I have a TWAIN driver for the tuxedo sensor, but might be the same as above:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... drive_link
You should be able to download from that link. Hopefully it will help.
I'm in the process of switching to XDR for my imaging and hoping XDR can capture natively from my tuxedo sensors.
