Is it possible to automate the creating of tasks for new patients?

When creating a new patient, we would like to have several tasks automatically assigned to that patient so we can start tracking the progress of these workflows directly in OD. Currently the tasks needed would be a "Verify Insurance Task" and a "Confirm Prior X-Rays Task" for example. These would be put in a task list like "Front Desk" or similar.
