I have been entering EOBs and ins checks lately and would like some help on why the "Payment" window comes up when closing the insurance claim window when we already entered the insurance check. I just creates an extra click to cancel and confusion for staff as they already entered the check using the "Batch" or "This claim only" buttons...and it when it pops up, it makes you think you have to enter the check again...What is the intent of this payment window function? Is there a preference to turn this behavior off?
