Hello, we just recently enabled the Blue Book. Out of convenience, we set all insurance plans to "Category Percentage" by default. We are only in network with one insurance and I will change this setting when doing Tx Plans and estimates, but otherwise leave it alone. Hasn't been an issue until after we enabled the blue book. Relatively minor issue, but when processing ERAs I now see the option to "Include Write-offs for Category Percentage and Medicaid/Flat CoPay plans" and it is unchecked by default... so we need to check this before processing our ERAs for in-network plans that include write-offs. According to the user manual (https://www.opendental.com/manual/eraprocess.html), there should be an option to have this enabled by default. However, I can't find this option in Preferences anywhere!
How can I set this to be enabled by default?
