Mini PC for a Workstation

I need to replace an older desktop windows pc that has functioned as an Open Dental workstation. I noticed there are mini pcs that are much smaller than the desktop pc.

Any experience, recommendations?

I have a couple of the Beelink mini PCs on amazon with Ryzen5 and Ryzen 7s in them and they are fast beasts...they go on sale periodically with large discounts. Or buy used/ off lease Dell optiplex pcs on ebay. Most of mine are found in the $160-$250 range with "Optiplex SSD 16GB i7" searches.
