Schick question

I go to a couple of offices that have Schick sensors. I installed the CDR software and enabled the bridge. I am getting an error. Schick shows up on the patients chart. The USB finds new hardware and it will not work. Should I not install the schick software?

Oh yes, the Schick software certainly needs to be installed for the OD bridge to be able to launch it. That's the whole point. A bridge is supposed to launch software. The bridge has nothing at all to do with your hardware. That's handled by the Schick program. You should be able to independently launch Schick and get it to work. Having OD launch the Schick software is just a nice shortcut to you having to find the patient in Schick manually.
