Hi all,
We accidentally deleted an appointment the other day, and now there is no trace of it in the database. I've retrieved the AptNum from the latest backup but there's no corresponding entry in the appointment table of the live db.
My question is: has the data been lost?
Thanks!
Stu

Re: Undelete Appointment
Yes, that row is gone. You should be able to get the information by connecting with the backup. Then type in the info manually to the live version.

Re: Undelete Appointment
Thanks Jordan, I'll try that.
As for the Audit Trail, there is an ApptEdit entry with "Delete for patient" in the Log Text, but there's no way of reversing entries on the audit trail... is there? ...should there be? (for Sys Admins)

You should be able to see who deleted the appointment and what time and date it was and when it was deleted. I guess you should just write down when it was and re input them manually into the appointment dairy.
