Invalid Signature

Post by drmaximus » Thu Feb 03, 2011 8:04 am

I am using version 7.6 and I understand if anything changes in the consent form it goes to invalid signature...unfortunatley my staff sometimes accidentally open these up and something get hit...

Can we make it so that when you click on create PDF it saves a copy directly into the images of the form? That would be an extra bit of insurance if a form gets changed.

Thanks!

Hows about an enhancement to set any form (or user selected forms) that has a signature box as locked and not editable after setting the current appointment complete? It would make sense that once the patient is out of the office that no changes should be made on that consent form anyways. This would prevent any staff that can't control their fingers from accidently (or on purpose) deleting signatures on consent forms.

That's the direction I'm leaning.

That sounds like a great solution!
