Invalid registration key format ?
Invalid registration key format ?
I got this error while trying to import the ODA fee

Re: Invalid registration key format ?
This likely means the registration key you have entered when you go to Help -> Update (it's about halfway down the window) is entered incorrectly.

Re: Invalid registration key format ?
I am using compile version. I guess it is not available ?
Re: Invalid registration key format ?
Correct. We have to feed the person who manually inputs all the fee guides so we require users be on support to download them from us.

Re: Invalid registration key format ?
Fair enough. I think you should break out the extra features so that people can just purchase the feature(s) they want.

Re: Invalid registration key format ?
Our customers that are currently on support don't like that idea and say they feel "nickle and dime'd". However, we're trying to slowly introduce this mentality with our eServices so it wouldn't be too far fetched to make Canadian fee schedules act like part of our "piece-meal" eServices. The only tricky part that is different with fee schedules and our eServices is that the fee schedules are currently provided for no additional charge to customers on support. We'd have to do a little dance to make it free for them and then special order for others. So far you are the first person I've heard ask for such a thing so I wouldn't plan on seeing it any time soon unless you can get a petition going on here!
