Blue Box Over Template with Imaging Software

We are using the Woodpecker® i-Sensor Digital X-Ray Sensor H2 sold by Vakker. When we open the imaging software in Open Dental to take xrays a big blue box pops up over the template. In between each xray taken we have to close out of the blue box, but it will just open again. Can you all help us troubleshoot this? Thanks You!
