24.4 in beta but not GitHub

OD 24.4 beta has been released, but I can't find the source in Github.

Oversight?

I've noticed the more recent version so 24.3 aren't on github yet either. Also, ever since moving from SVN to Github, the commit notes are much more sparse. Very difficult to see the changes between releases.
