3D chart doesn't refresh properly after toggling chart prefs

3D chart doesn't refresh properly after toggling chart prefs

I notice over here that the 3D tooth chart is not refreshing properly after I toggle "Hide amalgam buttons in Quick Button section" or "Enable Anesthesia Module". Specifically, only the "Big" button shows on a gray background until I click another button other than "Chart" and then click "Chart" again. Can you confirm this?
