5.3b ?

A few things finished:

1. Box 57 and 58 of the UB04 are now functional which should allow some facilities to start billing for facility fees (YES!)
2. Procedure codes now support base units with the ability to include them on the 1500 if the payer wants to see them (Display does not affect billed amount.)
3. Start and stop times can now be entered for each procedure which should make anesthesia reporting and billing easier.

I also just noticed that this morning the family max and deductible calcs were finished.

Is it time for a 5.3 beta? I know I would love to start using some of this.

I think we can plan on wrapping up 5.3 within a few days to a week. I do have another day's worth of work to do still.

5.3 is beta now, and the head has moved to 5.4.

I think the 5.4 solution file is missing from SVN.
