i see you got a bug tracker going....great, how is it working? Are developers going to be able to log in as well?

Yes, it took us a few months to ease into it. Derek built a web interface for it. I found that interface to be too clumsy, so I built my very own Windows interface. So it took us a while to get everything going. But I use it full time now. For now, just the OD staff are submitting bugs. I'd like to make a few changes before we open it up any more than that. But at least it's all formalized and functional.
