Developer Required - Plugin for Data Read/Write

Hi Community,

I'm in need of a developer who has experience of writing plugins. Specifically I want to write data into Open Dental which isn't available via the APIs and I want to use a plugin to do this (to be called via an 'API like call' from an external Python application).

I'm looking for someone to propose a design and then, assuming solution and cost is ok, to continue to build.
