Tier 4 API Key - "Developer API key does not have permission for ApiReadAll."

Hello today we have applied a tier 4 api key and when performing the below GET we're presented with the below error permissions error

GET = https://api.opendental.com/api/v1/operatories
Rrror message = "Developer API key does not have permission for ApiReadAll."
Open Dental Version = 21.3.51

We are actively in the process of updating our Developer Portal website to include all of our API Permissions.

We have reached out to this developer found that he did not email vendor.relations at opendental.com to assign API permissions to this key. Our updated portal page will make it easier for API developers to see this.
