911 Open Dental API appesr to be down

Can you please advise .

This is the api response "The is most likely a version issue". The version that the customer is using might be to old to support he API method"

We haven't made any changes and the above error is occuring at many of our practices.

The issue is hit and miss.


The second the the api is working and a couple seconds later its not working
