Bad request
Hello API team. I am getting an error on our API request. It says “ : 400 Bad Request: ""Error. This is most likely a version issue. The version that the customer is using might be too old to support the API method used."" Do we need to upgrade our version?
Re: Bad request
Good morning,
The verbiage in the error message mentions the customer's version because it is, by far, the most common source of failure when this issue occurs.
Did you check the version of the method you are trying to use and the version of the dental office? This will let you know if the customer needs to update.
In the future, it greatly helps the troubleshooting process when you provide any additional information about your requests. The version the dental office is on, the API method/URL of the endpoint you are trying to use, any JSON payload supplied, which mode of the API you are using, if you have encountered this error before, any solution steps you've tried, etc. An error message out of context is not enough for us to troubleshoot. We are happy to help after you've provided this information.
