Hi,

I have a question about selecting downgrades for D2391, D2392, D2393, and D2394. Since they are globally added into Open Dental, and all have their own unique downgrade codes, i.e. D2140, D2150, D2160 and D2161, respectively, is there an easier way to POST the downgrades rather than have 4 different entries into the API?

Yes, you would need to make one API call for each downgrade. You should only need to do this once, however, for each code. And that is assuming the dental office didn't set these up already.
