Is there a way to add notes to the PlanNote/SubscNote without deleting what's already there? Similar to the APtNote logic.

Good Afternoon Omar,

We recommend using the GETs before hand to obtain the original InsPlan.PlanNote and InsSub.SubscNote, and then append the additions you would like to make on the end. It is also worth mentioning that both of those note fields in the JSON body will allow "\n" or "\r\n" to be used as a new line character to display text on a new line when viewed in OpenDental.
