Hey, I love the new reports for Treatment finder and outstanding ins claims! (with the addition of the total already mentioned in another thread)
1) I tried to use the reports though and wondered if the behavior could be changed to work like the recall lists when using the "Goto Account/Family" buttons. Currently the window is model until the reports window is closed which makes it impossible to actually use the module you just went to. The Report selector window needs to close when using these tools and the resulting window stay open while still being able to use the main program.
2) Also, in the treatment finder window can we have an immediate loading of the pt account when clicking on the line just like the outstanding ins claim report?
3) I think a "Goto Chart" would be very helpful, especially from the treatment finder report... in fact, I think it should default to the chart instead of the account when using this one, or at least have an option to choose what you want as default
Version 7.5 Reports
Re: Version 7.5 Reports
I agree with all your points...especially #3.

Re: Version 7.5 Reports
Yeah, I thought about that. But this tool is really just a backup for the planned appt tracker. It's meant to be rarely used. In fact, it's meant to be used about once every year around September when it's time to send out letters to all the patients reminding them of unused benefits.

Re: Version 7.5 Reports
right, but it has better capabilities than the planned tracker. Can we get all the list windows upgraded to include goto chart when clicking on the grid and goto account and family on right click?
Another thought for better tracking:
This would be a overhaul of the current lists, but ONE window to bring up multiple options where it would look at planned appts, unscheduled appts, recall, unscheduled treatment, etc and combine it into one entry for a patient no matter how you are looking at it. That would simplify the actual management of these lists and make them more integrated. I have no idea how difficult that would be, but something I think could make OD stand out if it had better recall/tracking capabilities. It could be the Treatment needed list and combine the capabilities of the recall lists where the people disappear from the lists after contacting them, etc. for a specified period of time...
The treatment finder and recall windows are much better than they used to be, but could still use some integration somehow...
