I have had a longstanding error where I could not open the send claims window. I finally found a suspicious claim when entering payments where the pt had two claims for the same procedures. When you tried to edit the "bad" one it wound cause and unhanded exception. I tracked it down in the database manually and deleted the offending row. Now everything works great.
I have a hunch that the MySQL error 17 or whatever it was in the version prev to 5.5 could have been the cause but I really don't know. Maybe two claims were created at the exact same time on different computers. Would it help to send you a copy of the data base to examine these two rows and add a database maint fix to catch similar situations in the future?

Re: Possible addition to Database Maint
Thanks, but not really. If a paying customer ever has a similar problem, it's just as easy to get their database. Each such problem tends to be unique and not too much help to others.
