Procedure status - change to "existing"
Procedure status - change to "existing"
Is there a way of changing "Treatment plan" status to "ExistOther" of a procedure AND have it dated as "01/01/0001" so it appears at the top of the list on patient's chart?

I don't think so. I think you will have to delete it and recreate it with the status EO to get what you want.

Change the procedures status to EO and then change the Date field to a random date just above the year 1880. E.g. 01/01/1881
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

Re: Procedure status - change to "existing"
In general, I don't like to delete procedures. Does not make my records look neat. If I do a mistake I switch tooth number and change procedure code whenever possible. Not always possible though...there are only 32 teeth I can play with
Is that a hard to implement feature? I am curious, where the 1880 came from, is that something inside OD or MySQL?
Now have to think of some good date around 1881. What year did my school first opened? Will have to look it up.

The year 1880 is used inside Open Dental to dictate "invalid" dates.123-xyz wrote:I am curious, where the 1880 came from, is that something inside OD or MySQL?
