Transfering a patient to another provider who uses Open Dental

In transferring a patient to another provider who uses Open Dental, is there a way to export the patient's Open Dental record from one doctor's database and import it into the other doctor's database?
What can and what can't be exported?

How does the receiving doctor import it into their Open Dental database?

This tool is the way the other doctor would load the CCD into their database. It does require EHR to be turned on to use.
