long standing Image module bug - "Image is too big" - Memory leak?

I just encounterd this again today, and I know we have brought this up before, but the image module still has what I belive is a memory leak issue where after opening so many images. It basically stops opening the images with an error that the "image is too big." If you close open dental and restart it, it works fine.

• Version of Open Dental you are using
• Exact duplication steps
