I am developing a feature that creates a PDF in a patients Imaging section of Open Dental. The PDF itself contains a URL that is meant to be clickable and redirect to a website. However, when I attempt this in my local Open Dental demo setup, clicking on the URL in the PDF does nothing. I do notice that when I hover over the URL with my mouse, I see the redirect appear in the bottom corner, however, nothing occurs upon clicking.
Is this action currently possible with Open Dental? It could be possible that my virtual machine has some shortcomings.
