What is the easiest/best way to enter chart notes?

We have been using Open Dental since 2018 and our team has always thought that the auto notes feature is hard to use because the embedded auto note promts block their view of the rest of the note and they say it takes to long to use because there is so many clicks to get through the promts and slections. I've seen some folks say they have used sheets instead? What does everyone use for notes? How can I make this easier for my team?
