Re: Soft tissue exam
You can use a note template to easily do this.

What type of note template do you suggest? Is that concidered a questionare or is it one of the types of actual notes (quick paste notes or auto notes)?

Re: Soft tissue exam
Just an ordinary default procedure note. Like this:
Soft tissue exam:
Tongue: WNL
Cheeks: WNL
Lips: WNL
Oropharynx: WNL
Neck: WNL
etc
Or, alternatively, your note can omit the WNL's, forcing the staff to type them in. Depends on how sharp your staff is.

Re: Soft tissue exam
I do Autonotes wiith 2-3 responses for each area ie; WNL, pathology (then edit the pathology) or common abnomalities like high frena attachment listed as a choice. Gives a lot of consistency with your exam especially when training staff.
Re: Soft tissue exam
Can you explain how and where to set up auto notes.
Did I understand properly that you could have drop down box
with several choices such as 'WNL', Pathology', 'Thin Zone Attachment', etc.
