Confirmed Status

Post by atd » Wed Sep 10, 2008 7:51 am

The original appointment had a status of "confirmed". After breaking the appointment, sending to the unscheduled list and later rescheduling the appointment, the "confirmed" status carried over to the new appointment. It should have been automatically reset to "Not Called" when it was sent to the unscheduled list. I'm on version 5.9.7.

Thanks!

i think that is by design, but that could be a feature to add into the program to automatically change to the top status.

I assumed that since all new appointments automatically get set to "Not Called" the same would happen with rescheduled appointments. I can't see any reason that you'd want the status to remain "Confirmed". Does anyone else have problems with this? Or do you just train your staff to manually change it?

It's an annoyance, but not technically a bug. Just train your staff until we get to it.
