Just wondering why we cannot delete insurance from a patients account if they change insurance or lose their insurance?
I don't like when I'm sending a pre-auth and I have to choose which insurance to send it to and there is a list of insurances and in some cases the patient doesn't even have this coverage. I also look under Insurance Plans (under Lists) to see who has a certain insurance plans and when you just drop a plan from a patients account it still shows they have this coverage. Why??
Thank you,

Re: insurance changes
The reason you can't delete insurance is because it's attached to other objects. The fact that it shows up when sending a preauth is an entirely separate matter. That window needs to be improved to only show active coverage. You could submit that as a request. As for Lists, Insurance Plans, it's showing subscribers, not active coverage. You are correct that it should exclude plans that are not in active use by anyone. I guess that's sort of a bug, so I have added it to the bug list.
